Family Housing Specialist

Shelby is dedicated to helping families find and obtain housing, offering invaluable case management services to clients before, during, and after their stay in shelter as well as through diversion. She started at New Hope in August 2023 as a social work student and, with passion and commitment, quickly earned a position on staff as a case manager. Outside the office, Shelby finds joy in quality moments spent with her son.
