Raisa Dibble

Finance Manager

Raisa joined New Hope for Families as finance manager on July 1, 2025. Previously, Raisa worked in accounting for six years, mainly serving small businesses and small nonprofits, and received her Certified Public Accounting license from New York State in 2021. Later in 2021, Raisa moved to Bloomington to begin classes in the Uyghur language at Indiana University and she’s stayed here because of the community. At one time, Raisa hoped to become an Anglican nun and lived at the Bloomington Catholic Worker community, which provided transitional housing for people experiencing homelessness. “Bloomington is full of people who care about their neighbors and I’m excited to be a part of that work at New Hope,” said Raisa.
